Different types of front pages

Tabloids: Dominated by headlines, photographs and sensational stories. Focus on more worldwide issues, particularly celebrity gossip. Very popular, featuring large fonts, usually around 30p in price.

Local newspapers: Similar to tabloids in layout; dominated by headlines and images, however the images differ and are not usually of famous celebrities but instead correspond with local news. Focus on local news, local activities and upcoming events. Usually around 50p in price.
Broadsheet: Deemed as more 'serious', focusing more on business than celebrity gossip. Features more text than pictures throughout.
