Google news!
Google news is laid out the same way as regular Google, with the search engine allowing you to browse through and search for anything.
The left hand side of the webpage for Google news has a list of top stories with links to the corresponding articles. It has a variety of different types of news ranging from world news, business news, sport and science news among others, so arguably, Google news is targeted at most literate people in the world.
The main stories featured are the same ones as I've heard on the news today, for example the euthanasia law story which is most definitely national news. It shows small images, however on the main article, some videos are also featured which readers can click on. There is an advert featured in the top right hand corner, which is actually a video advert. Along the left hand side underneath the advert is another tab with more recent news links on.
